- When inside. shoe coverings are worn to protect your carpet and flooring.
- Ladder usage is minimalized, for both interior and exterior cleanings. Instead, high strength carbon fiber poles are used to reach otherwise dangerous windows.
- Drop Cloths are used inside where we place any equipment.
- We can easily work around furniture and blinds. However if there are items of special concern or extremely large, we ask you to move them prior to our arrival
- For interior and exterior cleanings we remove screens.
- You can pay via Cash, Credit Card or Check.
MY WINDOWS HAVENT BEEN CLEANED IN AGES, IS THERE SOMETHING I SHOULD KNOW?
If your hiring a window cleaning service for the first time there might be a couple things that show up once the job has started.
MINERAL DEPOSITS/ HARD WATER- At times windows that have been neglected or are close to a sprinkler system retain mineral deposits, and although cleaned, still don’t look clean. To bring them back to life requires a specialized detergent and cleaning process, which we offer.
SCREEN BURN- Aluminum screens release a white chalky powder as they age. That is oxidation, and eventually bakes on the glass. It is extremely stubborn and requires specialized cleaning, but looks fantastic when completed.
CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS- If the windows still have stickers or labels on them and require a construction cleaning, we can provide a quote for that.
